Having spent a career in the Hotel Industry for over 25 years, working from front line operational roles to Senior / Director HR Roles. I’ve been very fortunate during my career to be exposed to all generalist HR Practices, including a passion for Learning & Development. Having the opportunity to train, develop and help employees develop a career path is key to my success. I’m all about not over complicating things! I pride myself on helping clients achieve their desired outcomes through lots of chats, tweeking, investigating and developing individual plans that organisations will gain value and benefit from.
